By registering for Flawless Hits you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Flawless Hits, you may only register for one Flawless Hits account.

You may not promote Flawless Hits in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Flawless Hits in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Flawless Hits account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Flawless Hits. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Flawless Hits is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to Flawless Hits, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Flawless Hits account will also be deleted and you will be banned forever.

*No sites with illegal activity, gambling sites, pyramid schemes, etc.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be used to promote your sites or banners as long as all the sites comply with our terms. All sites must be in working order, but we DO NOT allow one rotator inside another rotator, and if you submit one it will be suspended!

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP or PTR sites.

*Flawless Hits has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

*Free Members May Cash Out When They Have $20 In Their Account

*Upgraded Members May Cash Out When They Have $10 In Their Account

*Cash Outs Are Done Twice A Month - The Beginning Of The Month and Around The 15th Of The Month. Please Bare With Me If I Am Late A Day Or Two Because I Do Go To School And May Be Having Exams Or Something That Takes Priority For Me! I Promise I Will Send It As Soon As I Possibly Can! Thanks!

*Any Member Caught Cheating Will Lose All Monies In Their Account - NO EXCEPTIONS!
